SECTION 1 – COMPLIANCE WITH FIREARMS LAWS

Knight’s Defense LLC operates in full compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws with respect to the sale, import, export, and transfer of firearms. Please read the following information and familiarize yourself with the necessary steps to ensure your purchase is legal.

SECTION 1a – ILLEGAL PRODUCTS

The customer assumes full responsibility for understanding and following gun laws in the city, county, and state in which they reside and possess their items. If a customer orders a product that is deemed illegal in their jurisdiction, the order will be cancelled and store credit will be issued. The following individuals are prohibited from possessing firearms:

Convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding 1 year
Fugitive from justice
Unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance
Adjudicated as mentally defective or committed to a mental institution
Alien illegally in the U.S. or under a nonimmigrant visa
Dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces
Renounced U.S. citizenship
Subject to restraining orders related to domestic violence
Convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence
Otherwise prohibited under 18 U.S.C. 922(g) and (n), 27 CFR 478.32

SECTION 1b – SERIALIZED PARTS CHARGEBACK WARNING

The Serialized parts are considered firearms under federal law. Initiating a chargeback while retaining possession of a serialized item constitutes theft and will be reported to authorities, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

SECTION 1c – SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

Firearms are only shipped to licensed dealers (FFL holders). No firearms will be shipped to private individuals or residential addresses. Customers must provide a valid FFL for transfer. FFLs should be sent to info@knightsdefense.com. Orders without an FFL after 30 business days will be cancelled with a 25% restocking fee.

SECTION 1d – COMPLIANCE WITH AMMUNITION AND BODY ARMOR LAWS

Knight’s Defense LLC complies with all laws regulating the sale and transfer of ammunition and body armor.

AMMUNITION RESTRICTIONS: No ammunition sales to:

California (unless to licensed vendors or with proper documentation)
Connecticut, Illinois (certain areas), Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C., Alaska, or Hawaii Adult signature required on delivery. Buyers must be of legal age and eligible to possess ammunition.

BODY ARMOR RESTRICTIONS: Sales restricted or prohibited in:

Connecticut (face-to-face transactions only)
New York (eligible professionals only)
New Jersey (no felons)
Washington D.C. (no sales) Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws.

SECTION 1e – IMPORT/EXPORT COMPLIANCE

Knight’s Defense LLC offers licensed import/export services for firearms, ammunition, body armor, NFA items, and components, in compliance with ATF, ITAR, and EAR regulations.

EXPORT SERVICES: Knight’s Defense provides export solutions for customers with proper documentation, including:

End-user certificates
Destination country import permits
Export licenses (ITAR or EAR) Unauthorized exports are illegal and subject to federal prosecution.
IMPORT SERVICES: Knight’s Defense accepts imported items with valid ATF Form 6 and required documentation. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance. Items under sanction or embargo will be rejected.

NFA COMPLIANCE: Knight’s Defense LLC facilitates compliant import/export of NFA-regulated items. All transfers must follow ATF and international law. Unlawful NFA transfers are a federal crime.

SECTION 1f – SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

No shipments of certain firearms or parts to:

California, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail)
Chicago, Cook County, Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield (IL)
Washington D.C., Puerto Rico No sales of off-roster handguns to California. Material-specific handgun restrictions apply in Illinois and Minnesota.

SECTION 1g – DELIVERY VERIFICATION

All packages require adult signature upon delivery.

SECTION 2 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance. Knight’s Defense LLC may cancel or adjust orders at any time.

SECTION 3 – CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Provide accurate billing information to avoid delays. Cards are billed upon order completion.

SECTION 4 – CHECK PAYMENTS

We accept U.S. money orders, cashier’s checks, personal, and company checks. Orders paid via check are held until funds clear. A $25 fee applies to returned checks.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING POLICY

Most in-stock orders ship same day if placed before 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays ship next business day. Shipping timelines are estimates.

SECTION 6 – OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We will notify you of any delays caused by out-of-stock products. You may cancel prior to shipment.

SECTION 7 – MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

Products ship as they become available. Shipping charges apply per order and may be assessed in full on the first shipment.

SECTION 8 – TAXES

We charge sales tax for orders shipping to North Carolina. Other states are the customer’s responsibility..

SECTION 9 – TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Knight’s Defense LLC reserves the right to cancel orders for products listed at incorrect prices. Charges will be refunded if an error occurs.

SECTION 10 – LINKS

We are not responsible for the content or functionality of third-party websites linked from our site.

SECTION 11 – COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK

All content on this site is owned by Knight’s Defense LLC. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

SECTION 12 – OTHER CONDITIONS

These Terms supersede any conflicting terms in purchase orders. We reserve the right to modify this site and these Terms at any time.
