Refund Policy
At Knight’s Defense LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services while maintaining strict compliance with all local, state, federal, and international laws. Due to the nature of the products we sell—including firearms, ammunition, body armor, and NFA-regulated items—our return and refund policies are subject to legal and safety constraints. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Knight’s Defense LLC accepts returns for non-firearm merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and a valid receipt.

- Returns must be authorized in advance.
- Customer must include original receipt.
- A return shipping label will be provided upon approval. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for any replacement items.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Firearms (including all serialized receivers or frames)
- Ammunition and Ammunition Components (e.g., powder, primers, bullets, casings)
- Firearms and Ammunition Parts (e.g., barrels, triggers, bolts, magazines)
- Body Armor and Ballistic Protection Gear
- NFA-regulated items (e.g., suppressors, SBRs, machine guns)
- Hazardous or explosive materials
- Mounted or altered optics
- Custom-built or special-order products
- International exports or imported items
Attempted returns on these items will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
IMPORT/EXPORT POLICY FOR RETURNS
Knight’s Defense LLC is a licensed provider of import and export services for firearms, ammunition, NFA items, body armor, and parts. Items that have been exported or imported are not eligible for return under U.S. law.
Customers using import/export services must ensure compliance with all relevant documentation:
- ATF Form 6 (imports)
- End-user certificates & destination import permits (exports)
- ITAR/EAR export licenses
Unauthorized or unlawful shipments may be reported to federal authorities and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
REFUSED, ABANDONED, OR UNCLAIMED ITEMS
If delivery is refused, the item is abandoned, or the firearm is not transferred due to background check denial or inaction, the following fees apply:
- 15% restocking fee
- Shipping costs (original and return)
- Transfer or FFL processing fees
Firearms not claimed from an FFL within 10 calendar days will be treated as abandoned and returned at your expense.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless due to an error by Knight’s Defense LLC.
Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition may receive a partial refund or be refused.
DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
Report defective, incorrect, or missing items within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Most products are covered under manufacturer warranties. If your item is defective due to materials or workmanship, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
POLICY ENFORCEMENT & RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
Knight’s Defense LLC reserves the right to:
- Deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
- Investigate and refuse fraudulent or abusive return claims.
- Report any unlawful behavior related to product returns to proper authorities.
This Return & Refund Policy may change at any time without notice. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version before making a purchase.
