The Spartan Armor Systems® Trauma Pad is a non-ballistic insert designed to enhance both protection and comfort when worn with body armor. Made from extremely lightweight micro-cellular urethane foam, this pad significantly reduces backface deformation and dissipates impact energy, helping to minimize the force transferred to the wearer’s body. By spreading the impact across a larger surface area, the trauma pad effectively reduces the risk of blunt force trauma while also improving overall comfort and ergonomics during prolonged use. Available in multiple sizes—10″ x 12″, 8″ x 10″, and 11″ x 14″—and two cut options, Shooters Cut and High Mobility Cut, this single trauma pad allows for a tailored fit to suit your specific armor setup.
