The Tempronics PCS200 Personal Climate System is a portable heating and cooling seat cover designed to deliver effective thermal control in cars, trucks, off-road vehicles, and aviation settings. Utilizing patented Climate Control Ribbon™ and Climate Insert™ technology, this system features efficient thermoelectric elements in a rugged, compact design that provides real relief from thermal stress in all climate conditions. Ideal for vehicles lacking adequate heating or air conditioning, it’s especially suited for use in demanding environments such as aviation, military, law enforcement, off-road, and work trucks. Powered by a standard 12V/10A vehicle accessory plug—with optional 120V use via a converter—the system offers intuitive controls with HEAT/OFF/COOL and HIGH/LOW rocker switches. It heats in about one minute and cools within 2–3 minutes, supported by 212 thermoelectric cooling elements and 20 CFM pull-through ventilation. Built to meet stringent automotive OEM standards for environmental, reliability, and durability testing, it features breathable spacer mesh for ventilation, highly conductive wear-resistant fabric, and IP65/IP66-rated electronics. While it’s simple to install and operate, the PCS200 is not suitable for watersports or continuously wet environments.
